Meet the team
Katie
Katie is a qualified and experienced Hatha yoga, mindfulness, and ecstatic dance teacher, with 15 years experience. She has a passion for emotional, physical well-being and self-development. Her experience includes teaching yoga to a number of football clubs and delivering mindfulness lectures at universities. She is also a teacher, with 30 years experience in education, creating training and resources for schools, to support emotional well-being.
Akasha
Akasha is an experienced athlete. As an international footballer, she has travelled the world, studying nutrition and training as a qualified fitness instructor. She will be giving nutrition advice and delivering sunrise fitness in our Ibizan retreat. Akasha has a passion for mental health and well-being, knowing the importance that fitness and nutrition has on the mind and soul.
Imogen
Immy is a qualified and experienced nutritionist with a passion for healthy eating. She will be providing a daily, healthy brunch in our Ibizan retreat, to start our day in a positive way. Immy is also a trained sports and massage therapist, which can be accessed on the retreat for those who want to indulge in relaxation.
